We are making some exciting changes to Choose & Move, simplifying the registration process and allowing customers to access the service through their mobile or smart device.
Due to the changes coming in June where you will be invited to register for the new Choose & Move, we are no longer processing changes made to housing applications. As soon as you are invited to register on our new Choose & Move service you will be able to provide us with updated information. If you have already reported changes to us which have not yet been processed, we will only be processing these if you are being considered for a home.
In the meantime please make sure your contact information is up to date so we can let you know when it is time to register on our new improved Choose & Move.
